Job Description
As Software Engineering Manager you will help define Rillet’s long-term technical vision and strategic direction. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and finance experts to shape the product, own and drive multiple product initiatives from planning through execution, ensure timely delivery of high-quality, reliable software, lead and mentor a team of engineers, supporting their growth and success, recruit, hire, and onboard new software engineers and contribute hands-on to Rillet’s codebase and technical development.
