Chief of Staff (Deeptech)

Looking for a pivotal position at the heart of corporate strategy and execution? As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO and play a central role across fundraising, strategic partnerships, planning, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact opportunity for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of strategy, business, science, finance, and execution. Key responsibilities include shaping the company’s investor strategy, identifying and engaging with top-tier VCs, creating investment materials, managing the data room and due diligence process, and owning the fundraising pipeline. You will also design and implement internal processes, define and monitor KPIs, identify operational gaps and business risks, prepare stakeholder reporting, promote a collaborative culture, conduct market research, and support strategic partnership development. The ideal profile includes 5+ years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, corporate venture, private equity, or leading startup fundraising rounds, ideally in deeptech, AI, biotech, or healthtech. A strong understanding of VC dynamics, investor expectations, and Series B+ fundraising processes is essential, along with excellent written communication and storytelling skills. Fluency in English is required, and French is a plus.
