- Work directly with small law firm owners running $1M–$5M in annual revenue.
- Help improve profitability, strengthen operations, and solve business challenges.
- Focus on advising clients without needing to find them—HTM provides business development support.
What You'll Do:
- Drive growth and profitability by improving pricing, margins, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Solve business problems by identifying operational challenges and implementing practical solutions.
- Create accountability and build sustainable systems and processes.
What You Must Bring:
- Significant SMB operating experience with actual CEO responsibility and full P&L ownership.
- Proven track record of leading a business through meaningful revenue growth.
- Hands-on execution and owner-facing leadership.
