The Role:
- Act as the financial leader and trusted advisor to about 30 law firm owners.
- Advise on pricing, margins, cash flow, hiring, and growth.
- Build models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards yourself.
Requirements:
- 8+ years as a CFO or most senior finance leader, including fractional or virtual.
- Experience advising multiple owners or business lines at the same time.
- Profit First certification or mindset is a strong plus.
What We Offer:
- $110,000 guaranteed base plus per-client incremental compensation.
- Full-time W-2 with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and unlimited PTO.
- 100% remote with travel to U.S. events a couple of times a year.
