Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Strategic Intelligence CO-OP Student for the Fall 2025 term! This internship will give you hands-on experience in market research, data analysis, and strategy development, while contributing to Dexterra’s understanding of how technology, sustainability, and post covid tendencies are shaping the future of facilities and property management.
As a Strategic Intelligence CO-OP Student, you'll research and collect data on new commercial builds in targeted areas across Canada. You will also evaluate industry trends in technology adoption, sustainability practices, and tenant needs.
Deliverables include a database of commercial builds and property managers and a final presentation and report with actionable insights.
