- Directly manage project management team members, providing mentorship and performance guidance.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 10+ years of project management in an agency environment, with 5+ years in program management.
- 7+ years managing direct reports and understanding creative workflows across design, video, digital, and social.
- Expertise in project management tools, financial management, and client communication.
