About the Role:
- We're hiring a Director of Project Management to evolve our PM practice to scale.
- You'll establish project management as a first-class function, not maintain one.
What You'll Do:
- Own delivery governance across the full portfolio, including risk visibility and milestone gates.
- Build and lead the PM organization, defining standards and career paths.
- Drive operating rhythm and visibility with recurring delivery forums.
What You'll Need:
- 8+ years in project/program management for software implementations, with 5+ years leading a PM team.
- Experience implementing enterprise SaaS and building delivery models at multiple scales.
- Comfortable being accountable for project outcomes without owning the technical solution.
