About the Role:
- You will lead and manage customer implementations for CaptivateIQ's sales performance management platform.
- This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker adept at managing SaaS deployments.
- You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close multiple customer projects on time and within scope.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, project plans, and risk registers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6-9 years of project management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of incentive compensation and sales performance management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills with PMP certification a plus.
