Key Responsibilities:
- Own enterprise-level client implementations from discovery through go-live, ensuring delivery on scope, on time, and at a high quality bar.
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for client agency leadership, building trust and managing alignment.
- Direct cross-functional teams across Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, and Engineering Leads.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP certification required.
- Substantial experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations for external clients; workforce development knowledge a bonus.
- Proven ability to collaborate with C-level stakeholders and mentor project teams.
