About the Role:
- The Senior Project Manager oversees cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity, focusing on enterprise system implementations.
- This individual manages full project lifecycles, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business goals.
- The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and a track record of driving results in dynamic environments.
What You'll Do:
- Lead multiple enterprise-level projects and their respective teams through the project life cycle.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design workshops across departments.
Qualifications & Interests:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, and process improvement.
- Minimum 5 years managing complex enterprise system implementation projects (NetSuite, ServiceNow, HR/Payroll).
- Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS or system integration projects across multiple business units.
