Dynamics 365 Principal Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• Successfully leads and manages large and/or complex Dynamics 365 projects, including multi-workload implementations with integrations, ISVs, and AI requirements.
• Acts as a trusted advisor and thought partner to client leadership, guiding strategic decisions and helping clients navigate trade-offs related to scope, timeline, cost, and risk.
• Provides day-to-day and strategic leadership over project teams, balancing execution with proactive risk identification and outcome protection.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years actively managing projects in a project manager role, including full end-to-end lifecycle and hands-on SDLC delivery.
• Managed 3+ previous full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations, including at least 1 ERP project.
• Formal PM training/certification strongly preferred (PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc.) and Microsoft training/certifications preferred.
