Role Overview:
- Lead complex digital transformation initiatives through Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations.
- Ensure successful delivery outcomes from planning to execution and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete project lifecycle including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and governance.
- Manage project financials, forecasting, budget tracking, and commercial decision-making.
- Facilitate executive governance meetings and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
- Strong command of delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Proven ability to lead teams of 20+ professionals across multiple locations and time zones.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $135,000 - $180,000 CAD.
