Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager and eCommerce team to capture and analyze business needs for assigned projects.
- Assess the business impact of requirements and detail the As-Is and To-Be processes for each project.
- Identify measurable advantages for each project and guarantee they align with the strategic objectives of the eCommerce roadmap.
Project Delivery:
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address issues to ensure project requirements are met flawlessly.
- Build positive relationships with key business team members to ensure effective collaboration.
- Deliver against the agreed project work and key achievements, contributing to improved project delivery within the team.
Qualifications and Person Specification:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including senior or lead roles, with formal qualifications in business analysis.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering eCommerce projects and proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio.
- Self-motivated and capable of working without supervision, with outstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
