Job Description
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Lead to own and scale the revenue operations function across our European region. This is a pivotal role within a high-growth, Global SaaS business; ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. As the strategic partner to our EMEA Sales and Customer Success leaders, you will be responsible for building and managing the systems, cadences, and insights that drive predictable growth and operational efficiency across the entire go-to-market (GTM) motion.
You will own and lead all Sales Operations for the EMEA region, aligning closely with GTM leaders to drive strategy, execution, and performance. You will also build and evolve forecasting models and performance frameworks that support data-driven decision-making and proactive GTM planning.
