Job Description

Provide hands-on support for employees, maintain IT infrastructure, and help optimize internal processes through smart automation tools. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, manage system accounts and licenses, and contribute to a seamless digital workplace experience. Responsibilities include administrative support for employees in Uzhgorod office, purchasing IT related items and licenses, managing equipment and licenses in asset tracking database, coordinating the computer and system account setup for and breakdown for employees and contractors, and managing email distributions changes and company communication regarding IT-related matters.
