Senior Director North America, Solutions Architecture

As the leader of our Solutions Architecture function in North America, you will guide a team of Solutions Architect Managers to deliver exceptional pre-sales support, customer outcomes, and cross-functional alignment. This role is central to cultivating a high-performance team culture, and ensuring our customers realize maximum value from dbt Labs' solutions. You will lead the Solutions Architecture team, partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver best-in-class solutions that align with customer needs and business goals. You will also engage directly with key customers and partners to understand their needs, create alignment, and foster long-term relationships and serve as an advisor for strategic customers, navigating complex technical and business challenges. You will maintain a deep understanding of dbt Labs’ product suite, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in solutions architecture. You will also collaborate with Sales, Services, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other key functions to align solutions architecture initiatives with broader company objectives and champion the voice of the customer, providing feedback on product enhancements and influence roadmap prioritization.
