Service Line Ownership & Product Execution:

Own the roadmap for the Food Access & Benefits pod across food access programs, health benefits administration, and new service lines
Translate complex operational workflows and multi-party requirements into scalable, well-defined product capabilities
Design and advocate for the member experience

Client & Operational Collaboration:

Design and own the product systems that configure, launch, and manage benefits programs for members and clients
Build the tools and workflows that Client Success, Partnerships, and Clinical Operations rely on to run food access and benefits programs

Platform & Strategic Contribution:

Set the strategy for the Food Access & Benefits pod with full autonomy, while maintaining tight alignment with the CPO and cross-functional leadership
Advocate for operational scalability and configurability across all product decisions
Contribute to cross-pod planning and portfolio prioritization
