Essential Job Functions:

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by creating primary market demand through networking and cold calling.
  • Promote, demonstrate, and sell hand-carried ultrasound systems, manage client relationships via CRM, and follow up on sales leads.
  • Attend trade shows, manage inventory, and comply with expense budgets while utilizing strategic sales techniques.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years in medical device sales with 2+ years in capital equipment, and a background in new market development.
  • Experience calling on physicians and administrators in areas like ED, CCU, OR, and Radiology, with a consistent history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, lift 70 lbs, and work independently from home with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $80,000 plus variable pay, with medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage.
  • Retirement plan with a 4% automatic company contribution and a 50% match on employee contributions up to 6% of salary.
