Engineering Manager, Core Services

About the Role:

• Lead and grow backend engineers while remaining highly hands-on in technical design
• Partner closely with engineering leaders across the company to enable product teams
• Improve platform efficiency

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
• Strong backend engineering background with hands-on experience in distributed systems
• Demonstrated ability to remain deeply involved in technical design and architecture
