Sr. Product Manager

About the Role:

• As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of CarePath during a critical stage of growth.
• You'll work alongside engineering, commercial teams, and strategic partners to take the product from initial launch into a scalable platform.
• This is a highly visible individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, retention, and future revenue opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Manage execution across multiple teams, coordinating sprint-level dependencies to ensure timely delivery of commitments.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or data-rich software environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data models, with proven ability to write detailed product requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with external customers or strategic partners.
