Work Schedule & Location:

- Requires willingness to travel up to 30% within North America for staff retreats and convenings.

- Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills with proficiency in statistical tools and research methodologies.
Credentials & Experience:
- Requires 5-7 years of experience managing data, evaluation, learning, or research initiatives.
- Proven experience in designing, analyzing, and authoring data and research reports and insights.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Asana, and statistical software preferred.
