Senior Commercial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a senior specialist for the Customer Operations team, part of the broader Business Development team. Responsibilities will include: Bid & Allocation Support, Prepare and format outbound bids using pricing inputs and historical data, Track bid statuses and notify stakeholders of deadlines and outcomes, Maintain organized records of pricing, allocation, and customer preferences, Collaborate with Planning to understand volume and production Sales Order Fulfillment & Execution, Create, manage, and update outbound sales orders, Track fulfillment status and ensure on-time delivery with logistics partners, Coordinate documentation needed to complete deliveries, Ensure on-time payment and conduct reconciliations when necessary, Customer & Product Support, Send and track outbound sample shipments, Act as liaison between Product, Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure clean handoffs and clear expectations.
