Role Overview:
- Coordinate the preparation, documentation, and approval workflow for SAP Data Migration Work Packages (DMWs).
- Serve as the central point of contact for Business Data Owners, CSV teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, secure document handling, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cover sheets, compile PDF packages, and upload final documentation into Veeva.
- Configure necessary security scope actions and initiate CSV review workflows within Veeva.
- Track approval progress, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve workflow issues that may delay deployment.
Requirements:
- Experience in data migration coordination, deployment support, document management, or a related operational role.
- Familiarity with SAP data migration processes, Veeva systems, and CSV is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly compensation of CAD $50.16–$60.40 depending on experience and work location.
