Create highly complex civil engineering plans, details, calculations, and documentation for renewable energy and land development projects.
Lead site design, grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, access roads, and related civil design scope across multiple projects.
Independently apply extensive knowledge of renewable development design principles and practices to develop practical and constructible design solutions.

Project & Portfolio Delivery:

Oversee projects within a portfolio and plan, schedule, or coordinate preparation of documents and activities for multiple major projects.
Review and finalize scopes, budgets, and schedules, and prepare proposals for engineering projects or portfolios.
Support project execution in alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Quality, Compliance & Risk Management:

Prepare and review complete project documentation for conformity and quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, jurisdictional, and client-specific standards, practices, and codes.
Identify design issues, project risks, and opportunities to improve quality, constructability, or efficiency.

Collaboration & Client Communication:

Coordinate design work across internal project teams including civil, structural, electrical, and project management.
Participate in and lead project meetings, communicating engineering work clearly to stakeholders.
Act as main point of contact for their discipline and coordinate with clients, permitting authorities, and external partners.
