Job Description
Responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy in the Europe region through a network of distributors and partners, expanding the reach of our life-changing mobility technology to families and institutions worldwide. As the first senior sales leader in this region you will establish and manage distributor relationships, define regional go-to-market strategies, and ensure strong alignment with our global sales and marketing teams. You will represent Trexo in key regional markets, driving performance through partnership excellence, channel enablement, and market expansion.
Lead sales growth across Europe through a network of distributors and local partners. Manage distributor agreements and pricing structures. Develop and execute the European sales strategy in alignment with global goals. Strong comprehension of MedTech trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management.
