Job Description

As a skilled Solutions Engineer, you are expected to have a passion for solving customer problems through creative technical solutions. In this Revenue Operation Department role, you'll be a technical expert, a strategic partner to sales teams, and a strong communicator. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions will drive product value, sales success, andย  prospect satisfaction. Responsibilities include customer engagement & solution design, sales & customer success support, knowledge sharing & best practices, product representation, and continuous development. The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role, strong understanding of the product suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant/related fields and Experience in Sales/Solutions Engineering and Management within the Technology sector are preferred.
