Business Analyst, P&C Claims (Remote)

The Business Analyst participates on a small team of 2-5 business analysts contributing to the planning, design, development, and launching of efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Business Analyst role requires an intermediate understanding of insurance workflows and systems, and requires an entrepreneurial spirit, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include participating in meetings with business stakeholders, conducting analysis to make recommendations, adhering to project timelines, providing systems models, coordinating testing, and providing documentation and training to end users. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years relevant experience working as a Business Analyst within P&C claims.
