Engineering Manager, Segment Personalization

The Engineering Manager will:

• Lead the technical vision and strategy for the personalization engineering team.
• Design and implement scalable, high-throughput data solutions to power audience segmentation and personalized content delivery.
• Collaborate with AI, ML, analytics, and product teams to expand platform capabilities.

In addition, this role will:

• Establish and maintain data quality, governance, and system integration standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and adherence to technical standards.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Expertise in software quality, scalable system design, and high-uptime production environments.
