Act as a primary legal partner and advisor to commercial, technology, and HR teams, offering pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice on a wide array of issues. Build and sustain trust across the company by delivering high-quality, responsive, and business-aligned legal support. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with counterparties across diverse jurisdictions, ensuring enforceability and compliance with applicable governing laws. Prepare and negotiate term sheets and draft final agreements based on agreed terms. Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and internal approval to closing, while meticulously documenting all negotiation stages.
