Drive Operational Excellence: Partner daily with BPO leadership to own performance rhythms.
The WFM/Ops Bridge: Own daily operational monitoring—tracking service level adherence, quality, CSAT, and handle time.
Continuous Improvement Engine: Lead and prepare operational reviews with our partners.
