Training and Development:
- Participate in a 9-12 month structured training program with virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training.
- Learn claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation from experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under close supervision.
- Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers.
- Determine coverage and establish accurate scope of damages using computer-assisted estimates.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual base salary range of $52,600.00 - $86,800.00 with performance-based cash incentive awards.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience; valid driver's license required.
- Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, insurance internship experience, and willingness to obtain an adjuster license.
- Position requires ladder climbing, roof walking, and participation in Catastrophe Response Program for deployments.
