Responsibilities:
- Provide daily phone coverage for the Notice of Loss 800 number while adhering to scripts and best practices.
- Assist customers by setting up claim first notices and keeping accurate records of all interactions.
- Provide accurate and timely answers to routine claim inquiries and update claims following standard call flows.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of customer service principles, with strong active listening and communication skills.
- One to two years of prior customer service experience preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Office required.
- High School Degree or GED required; teamwork skills and adaptability are essential.
Compensation & Culture:
- Competitive compensation with base pay ranging from $26,900 to $50,600 annually.
