Job Description

Achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin within assigned accounts, building forecast reports for production and inventory management. The incumbent will lead business unit expansion and sales growth in the territory, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans. Identify prospective customers and develop strategic plans for key accounts, making technical sales presentations on Kemin products/services. Conduct high-level meetings and assist customers with product testing, and attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
