The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects at top-tier consulting firms. This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end delivery of strategic client engagements while also shaping and expanding Data and AI offerings. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Data and AI transformation programs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key client stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters and proactively manage risks and issues. Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and budget management across multiple engagements. Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion and new business within existing accounts.
