Job Description
The Applications Analyst will serve as the technical lead for key business applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the business and suppliers. The analyst will design new solutions and configure e.surv applications to meet stakeholder requirements, as well as assist lenders in testing solutions that integrate with e.surv applications. The analyst will also troubleshoot and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues with business applications such as Quest, SurveyHub, SurveyBooker, and Sunrise. Further responsibilities include executing test plans for specific applications, operating the Change Management process, adhering to the Request For Change process, and maintaining the support ticketing system. The analyst must operate within the processes, policies, and standards of e.Surv information security management system, aligned to ISO27001, and adhere to all policies and operating procedures of the IT department.
