Job Description
The Operations Team handles one of the most crucial part of the business and is directly responsible for quoting and timeline or addressing licensing-related questions. The role involves coordinating the logistics of campaigns, reducing costs, increasing profit margins, and delivering orders quickly. As Operations Associate, you will assist the operations team with addressing queries from internal employees and campus managers, while proactively flagging delays, inconsistencies, or errors that could affect pricing or delivery.
