Responsibilities:
- Configure and tailor customer accounts based on documentation and direction from the Implementation Specialist.
- Maintain clean and organized customer records in HubSpot with high standards of data hygiene.
- Convert, interpret, and manipulate various document types (e.g., PDFs, Word, Excel, CSVs) for platform compatibility.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, implementation, platform setup, or a related role.
- Exposure to the roofing, construction, or home services industry is a plus.
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
Work Environment:
- Work from home with a schedule of Tuesday to Saturday, 3 AM to 12 PM Philippine time.
- Fast-paced, remote environment where processes evolve rapidly.
- Holiday follows PH holidays.
