About the Role:
- Lead exploration and evaluation of new product and business opportunities beyond core supplement formats.
- Manage operations for new products from early concept to commercialization, making fast, evidence-based go/no-go decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and investigate technical and commercial feasibility, including regulatory, IP, and unit economics.
- Source and manage external partners, run pilot trials, and drive projects through first commercial production.
- Maintain a ranked innovation queue with stage-gate discipline and clear kill criteria.
Collaboration & Location:
- Fully remote role with required overlap with EST hours.
- Work across a globally distributed team with a shared collaboration window from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
