In this role, you'll engage with homeowners interested in a home equity investment from Hometap, educating them on the product and connecting with empathy to understand their circumstances. You will guide homeowners through the Hometap investment process, serving as a single point-of-contact, providing updates on application status, underwriting, and closing activities. Collaboration with internal team members is essential to ensure an efficient process for Homeowners. Ongoing communication to homeowners is crucial, offering status updates, responding to questions, and requesting documentation. You will develop a deep understanding of Hometapβs home equity investment (HEI) product and unique sales approach. Utilization of Salesforce is required to document and manage sales activities in the pipeline. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals is expected.
