Solutions Lead, Workforce Management & Payroll (UKG)

Role Overview:

• Own workforce-system solutioning across the full customer lifecycle, ensuring what we sell can be deployed and supported.
• Bridge Growth and Post-Sales by carrying technical context from pre-signature discovery through implementation and post-launch.
• Lead WFM, HCM, and payroll discovery on enterprise deals, understanding tenant, version, integration options, and pay rules.

Technical Expertise:

• Bring deep, hands-on experience with major workforce management, HCM, or payroll platforms (UKG, Workday, Oracle, Infor, API Healthcare).
• Demonstrate integration fluency with REST APIs, SFTP/file-based integrations, middleware, SSO (SAML/OIDC), and provisioning (SCIM).
• Know how time becomes pay, including timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, pay rules, labor levels, and where systems break.

Impact and Culture:

• Build leverage by turning solved problems into playbooks, tools, and repeatable capabilities for Growth, Deployments, and Support.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to decide when the answer is enablement, a new integration, or a scalable platform capability.
