About the Role:
- Own the strategy for Ashby's expanding technical integration services across Workday and API solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a mixed team of integration and technical solution consultants.
What You'll Do:
- Build operational infrastructure, including capacity planning and repeatable delivery processes.
- Act as a senior escalation point and dive into complex technical challenges.
Who You Are:
- You have 8+ years in technical consulting with 3+ years managing technical teams.
- You have strong knowledge of Workday, APIs, data mapping, and integration design.
