Senior Technical Consultant

Why this role exists:

• The Technical Consulting team is scaling integration delivery for new customers.
• This role helps launch a managed integration services capability within consulting.
• You will shape how Ridgeline supports customers long after go-live.

What success looks like:

• Within six months, complete training and lead an integration workstream.
• Within a year, build reusable integration assets and drive deployment consistency.
• Make meaningful progress with Platform Engineering on centrally managed assets.

What you'll do:

• Conduct discovery sessions and document customer integration needs.
• Improve implementation methodology and reduce technical debt.
• Help define the operating model for managed integration services.

What we look for:

• 3-5 years of experience delivering technical solutions in software or consulting.
• Hands-on software development or systems engineering experience.
• Experience with Integration-Platform-as-a-Service solutions like Workato or Mulesoft.
