Role Overview:
- As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you bridge technical discovery with delivery, ensuring long-term value for strategic accounts.
- You lead scalable technical solutions during late-stage sales and complex onboarding, acting as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and complex implementation plans.
- Own technical implementation, serve as primary contact for advanced issues, and provide expert training.
- Mentor junior engineers, drive cross-functional initiatives, and develop enablement resources.
- Use AI to automate recurring deliverables and share workflows.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years in client-facing technical role in SaaS, deep experience with data feeds, APIs, and Excel.
- Preferred 5+ years with enterprise clients, e-commerce background, and project management certification.
