Job Description
This remote, work from home position is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare and supporting patients. You'll be receiving and responding to prescription refill requests through phone, email, and fax, and verifying their accuracy in compliance with guidelines. You'll need to prepare and dispense prescription refills, providing excellent customer service, and analyze data to track key performance indicators, presenting findings to leadership. Adhering to schedules and contributing to workflow optimization are crucial. This also involves providing administrative support to clinical staff for special projects related to medication refill programs.
