Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end PDLC to ensure consistent and efficient delivery from idea through commercial release.
- Drive business case development and executive approvals, aligning stakeholders and producing decision-ready materials.
- Manage a team accountable for commercial readiness across various delivery types and own PDLC operations in ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field with 8+ years of experience leading commercial software releases.
- Experience in product lifecycle leadership, executive-ready business cases, and technical and business fluency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority, with hands-on experience in delivery tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
