This position will help drive the long term vision and strategy for our growing equity team. You will play a key role in launching world-class equity programs developed for precision and ease of execution. In our world, every equity-related transaction should appear seamless. To achieve this you will take on complex challenges in a fast-paced environment where customer service is paramount. You will provide significant input and support for the delivery of ongoing equity programs.
You will own the ongoing administration of global equity plans, including equity events like RSU releases, stock options exercises and pre-clearance. You will develop processes and training for Tier 1 employee inquiries to support HR operations and employee service teams. You will own equity employee Tier 2 inquiries and escalations, optimizing for the best customer service and maintain data integrity in the equity platform and integrated systems.
