Job Description

We are looking for someone to manage and expand the key client portfolio in the HoReCa sector. The Key Account Manager will define and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and framework agreements. Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Monitor sales KPIs, client performance, and market trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities tailored to the HoReCa product portfolio. Support the Area Manager network and coordinate with internal functions (logistics, product, data, pricing, etc). Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.
