Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements new business plans and strategies in collaboration with the Chief Program Officer and Chief Growth Officer.
  • Leads execution and management of HI Program’s projects, people, and business pursuits, serving as subject matter expert.
  • Supports staffing, workforce planning, and professional development; builds and maintains client and partner relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Advanced degree in Health Economics, Health Services Research, or related field with 20+ years of experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with proven track record of winning federal contracts and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Subject matter expertise in CMMI models and healthcare delivery and payment reform.

Work Environment and Culture:

  • This position is remote within the US or from one of AIR’s US offices; must be able to travel as needed.
