Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Support Starface's budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts, partnering with teams to develop and pressure-test assumptions.
• Own budget-to-actual reporting and variance analysis, identifying key drivers and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Maintain and evolve financial models, including scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis, to support strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related function with strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with ability to turn data into clear insights and communicate effectively across audiences.
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and cross-functional partnership.
