Project Coordinator

Project Intake & Coordination:

• Triage homeowner requests, define work scopes, and manage multiple projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate scheduling and execution across vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient progress.

Operations & Vendor Management:

• Source and evaluate vendors based on cost, quality, and availability to compare estimates and negotiate pricing.
• Proactively manage projects, resolving blockers and ensuring timelines and high-quality outcomes are met.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary contact for homeowners, setting clear expectations on scope, pricing, and timelines.
• Provide regular updates and handle complex situations with professionalism to keep homeowners informed and confident.
